But a curveball drops into Oliver’s budding career when his first feature assignment takes him to Washington, DC, to chronicle the latest tourism trends.
His freelance project photographer is Ricky Warner, a gregarious and impulsively adorable shot of adrenaline. If the flirty gay photographer isn’t enough to unbalance shy Oliver at the get-go, there’s also an unsettling chance encounter with old acquaintance, Elise Perkins, and a congressional hearing that’s shaking up both the capitol and an entrepreneurial billionaire. The unexpected distractions soon collide—quite literally—when Elise is struck dead by a speeding car. Funny how she didn’t move and didn’t scream. She just stared it down like she knew it was coming. Forget the National Mall and Mt. Vernon Square. Oliver and Ricky are game for something much more interesting: solving a mystery and a murder.
With their focus shifted and a deadline coming, they only have a few days to solve the crime. For Oliver, it’s a weeks of firsts: first crush, first time without a schedule, first time playing amateur sleuth, and first time getting wrestled out of his comfort zone. But with a loosey-goosey new partner like Ricky, that might not be such a bad thing at all.

Finally a mount for my truck!
2015 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. I've tried many different mounts - ones that stuck to the dash, stuck to the windshield, one that mounted in the cup holder in the console. They all were bad in their own way. This Offroam mount finally got it right. Easy installation - and when I say SOLID hold I mean it. No movement, no rattle, do creaking sound, etc, etc. I was very skeptical of the one-handed use getting the phone in and out but it's really a genius design.
Seriously - I just got it, so can't really speak to longevity yet. Judging by the design and quality of parts, I'll say it will be the last mount I ever purchase for this truck. Pay the extra, and be happy.

Great Quality, Perfect Fit
2015 Tacoma. This fit perfectly and is solid. Last/Different one I had on another vehicle broke one of my vent dividers. That can't happen with this design. Worth the money. Would absolutely recommend.

Well build and functions nicely
The products build quality is excellent; in fact, its far superior to this product's competitor, "Batdiary". This mount stays locked in place when i use one hand to mount my phone or remove it. Also, the internal mechanism is much nicer than the Batdiary one and feels like it has tighter and more accurate machining tolerances which should prevent it from rattling like its competitor's did after a couple weeks use.
I highly recommend this product, it is worth the high price tag!
