Venture beyond the inviting cottage paintings of the Painter of Light™ with Thomas Kinkade's Ladies of Light and Splendor collection. This eye-catching series features lovely Victorian ladies in flower-filled gardens enjoying the company of backyard birds. Rising above the blossoms are sculptural replicas of the artist's most beloved cottages represented as birdhouses.

The series continues with "The Forest Chapel," a stunning interpretation of Thom's cherished painting. While one glorious robin sits by the birdhouse, another perches on the lady's hand. Her Victorian-style dress is graced with a delicate flower and ribbon motif and the artist's signature lantern - your assurance it's a genuine Thomas Kinkade figurine. Every detail is superbly handcrafted and hand-painted, right down to the real feather in her hat!

Figurine measures approx. 7¼" tall.

Thorough history
Format: Hardcover
Levy provides a masterful history of American capitalism. His work is detailed and brilliantly written. You should buy this book for its last section: the age of chaos. Here Levy details the US economy since Reagan and identifies critical trends and questions we all need to address. This is not a book for a casual reader, each chapter is hard work. However, the rewards more than outweigh the effort.
