How setup works

- Receive an instant-download PDF with your unique school access code, quick-start setup instructions, and the shared study guide folder link.
- On a teacher or staff device, open the library and go to Settings (gear) → Unlock & Learn More → paste the code → Unlock.
- After unlocking, go to Share with Students and copy the student link or open the large QR code.
- Students open the student link on each device they use. Students do not need a code.
- Staff can also use Install App and Download for Offline inside Settings for easier classroom use and weak Wi-Fi situations.
How study guide access works
The companion study guides are delivered through a shared Google Drive folder. The folder link is included inside your setup PDF so your administrators and teachers can access the materials right away.
Recommended for long-term school-managed access: open the shared folder link, download the folder contents to a school computer, unzip them, and then upload the files and folders into your school's own Google Drive, server, or other internal storage system. This gives your school its own managed copy of the materials for staff use.
Quick-start option: staff may also open and use the files directly from the shared Google Drive folder. The shared folder is view-only, so staff can view and use the materials, but they cannot change the original shared folder contents.
Optional shortcut method: in Google Drive on a computer, right-click the shared folder, choose Organize, select Add shortcut, pick the destination in Drive, and click Add shortcut.

The purchasing school may:
- use the purchased materials at that school indefinitely
- share access internally with teachers, librarians, interventionists, support staff, and administrators at that school
- make internal working copies for classroom instruction, school use, and school-managed storage
- copy the companion materials into the school's own Google Drive, server, or internal storage system for continued school use
The purchasing school may not:
- transfer this license to another school, district, campus, organization, or individual
- share or resell the materials outside the purchasing school
- allow former employees, contractors, or staff members who have left the school to continue using the materials outside that school
- post the materials publicly as free downloadable resources for general public use
This license is intended to make implementation easy for the purchasing school. Teachers and staff at the licensed school may make reasonable internal copies and working versions as needed for instruction, planning, printing, and school-managed digital storage.
