They chose this region for its rich volcanic soil, abundant water, and ideal microclimate for specialty coffee. It offers the perfect environment to apply their experience and philosophy, building from the ground up a farm that honors both origin and future.

Today, their farms — La Reserva and La Patria — represent a renewed vision: producing exceptional coffees with full traceability, carefully controlled processes, and an obsession with cleanliness and consistency.
