It contains 90% Mauzac and 10% Chardonnay which combine to create a very tasty harmony. Crisp, green apple flavors foam onto your tongue with a wave of firm bubbles that finish in a dry, Brut style. I know we're not officially allowed to call this Champagne but I can't remember the last time I was concerned with whatever might be politically correct. If you want to get the perfect brunch started, or better yet, if you just love Champagne and you're into saving cash - these bubbles will make you giggle and the price will make you smile.
