Just who are the Five O'Clock Heroes? the short answer is that they're the two parts British, two parts American band whose take on the late-70's jerk-pop mastery of the likes of Joe Jackson and Elvis Costello has been causing a quiet stir on both sides of the atlantic, and have now set their long-gestating debut album, 'bend to the breaks', out into the world. A record so riddled with post-punk infectiousness, it should come bearing it's own std warning!!!! Sparsely recorded on their own buck in former smashing pumpkin James Iha's New York studio, 'bend to the breaks' is a jerking, jittery post-punk meister work that's less concerned with aspirations of skuzzy NY cool and concentrates instead on the multi-faceted delights of razor-sharp pop song-writing, with doffs of the cap to the likes of the cars and - gasp! - the police. Support slots with the rakes, Brendan Benson (the Greenhornes / the raconteurs), the bravery, jet and Slbert Hammond jr. Have ensured their music has reached a considerable audience. Solid groundwork has been laid with a huge national competition to design a brand new album cover for the band. Congratulations to our winner Jack Breukelaar. Jack's artwork will feature on the first pressing of albums and will be included in all marketing for the album. Thanks again to everyone who entered? the Australasian edition features 2 exclusive bonus tracks & 2 videos!!! It also includes exclusive artwork from "design a album cover" competition winner, Jack Breukelaar.

Solid all-around watch
Color: Grey
I was looking for something that I could wear just about anywhere. I wouldn't wear this to the gym, but it looks good in casual, work, elevated, and even some dress environment. Black-tie, I might look for something a bit more elegant, but 95% of the time, this watch fits. Keeps good time. I haven't witnessed a full 80 hour power reserve yet, but I also can't say that I ever needed that much. Lume is nice, just give it a chance to charge up. I like this more than the PRX. It's a more classic look, I think PRX will look silly in a short time in comparison.

Excellent value, beautiful aesthetics
Color: Grey, Color: Grey
This watch confirms what is mentioned in reviews all over the internet- a great value proposition in so many ways. Accuracy has been +3s/week, well within specification, and rivals that of much more expensive watches, including chronometers. The bracelet has a quality feel and heft, and the case contours nicely to the wrist and is very comfortable. The green dial appears to change color with different angles and absolutely pops in the sunlight. Highly recommended, even as a first automatic/mechanical watch.
