When mixed with water to the correct concentration, PURE Electrolyte Hydration will assist with ensuring adequate fluid intake during exercise and help prevent or treat mild dehydration that may occur as a result of sustained strenuous exercise.

Formulated with key electrolytes; sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium, PURE Electrolyte Hydration helps to replace electrolytes lost during exercise & sweating. In a performance context, these 4 electrolytes play a pivotal role in water balance, supporting the nervous system and functioning of muscles.

When exercise lasts longer than 60 minutes, a sports drink should be considered to replace lost fluid and electrolytes. Specific fluid recommendations can vary from approximately 500ml to upwards of 1000ml per hour.
