Here at Tomei we have 2 engine Dyno rooms dedicated for heavy testing and research and development. Day in and day out we just test and build daily with our passion. From running the bench testing it is the best way to find the efficiency of the engine through all power ranges whilst pushing the engines durability to the limits. All data is logged and tested for accruate testing and attention to detail on the products efficiency for finding the best results.

EXPREME is manufactured from various manufacturing methods combined especially for mass production high quantity. But the flange, bend sections & gathering section are finished off with lost wax processing for superior quality. The benefits of "Lost Wax" Processing is stable high quality, high Intensity and durable. The EXPREME products are made from stainless steel SUS304 material. It is light weight, has best resistance to corrosion, superior in heat resistance, better exhaust race harmonics, helps increase your cars value. All EXPREME products are screened with strict quality control. Our EXPREME product range has been designed for performance whilst conforming to the exhaust emission standards in Japan making it street legal. Included is a certificate that proves that our product meets Japans emission standards. We have also designed our product to be able to be used in conjunction with the factory heat shields even with the use of the thermal bandages which are included in the kit. We have even taken into consideration the effects of extra exhaust heat that may affect the air intake temperature. We have included an installation manual for both shops and general customers to read through. The stock turbine manifolds internal diameters are small and restrictive which raises the secondary exhaust pressure. When the secondary exhaust pressure rises it will cause power loss and lack of response with unstable boost pressure. The TOMEI manifolds have been specifically designed with the larger internal diameter to improve exhaust gas flow efficiency with the reduction in the secondary exhaust gas pressure. This design has been proven effective on the engine bench dyno R&D as well as in the real world environment as proven on the race tracks with our ARMS turbines.
