Lake’s Folly produces two flagship wines, a Cabernet blend and a Chardonnay, crafted in small quantities entirely on the estate. These wines are known for their restraint, elegance, and refined complexity. They display a great structure, finesse, and impressive length of flavour, reflecting the unique character of the vineyard.
This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (76%), Shiraz (12%), Merlot (8%), Petit Verdot (4%). Black cherry, raspberry, pomegrante aromas with hints of dried rose and herbs. A touch of fennel, subtle earthiness and gentle oak brings warmth. Medium-bodied and juicy with fine tannins and spice lead to vibrant finish.
