Legs in solid ash wood with a walnut-coloured finish.

Granite is a collection that conveys timeless elegance, inspired by '70s Scandinavian design and reinterpreted with thick, sleek shapes. The seat is upholstered in two-tone chenille, made with large-structured recycled polyester, which offers a soft yet resistant texture that envelops the seat in comfort. The fabric is made with recycled material from a Global Recycled Standard certified supplier, which ensures less use of resources and virgin material. The fabric supplier is also OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified for environmentally safe and responsible production. The seat is of medium firmness, made from 60kg/m³ high-density injection foam, providing comfort and durability for daily use. The backrest is also made from 60kg/m³ high-density injection foam, which provides ergonomic support and maximum comfort during prolonged use. Both the fabric and foams are treated with flame-retardants, complying with the highest fire-resistance standards and creating perfect pieces for your professional and contract projects. The solid ash wood structure, finished in a sophisticated walnut tone, adds sturdiness and warmth to the design. The wood is FSC™ 100% chain of custody certified with a responsible forest management model, which guarantees its origin and quality. Every detail has been carefully thought out to offer an exclusive, functional and durable piece, both in domestic and commercial settings.

Outstanding Book
Format: Paperback
Great book, a classic that seems more timely now than ever! First read Dr Akbar’s book years ago and bought this updated edition to replace the copy someone borrowed & never returned (another sign of a good book when they don’t get returned). So glad to have this new copy to revisit the deep wisdom and insights Dr Akbar lays out. He explains the painful & persistent psychological & sociological chains of slavery clearly and irrefutably. This book is a must read for anyone who wants to better understand why it’s so hard to heal the terrible wounds of slavery — even today, even generations past physical shackles....

Quick & Informative Read
Format: Paperback
I only called it a “quick read” because when I get warped in a book, I lose track of time. This is one of those books. Quite an easy read. Recently Purchased the other books that were recommended with this one.

Format: Paperback
This book is a game changer in that it takes an in-depth look at the lingering and undeniable effects of slavery on the psyche of today's African Americans. It is thought provoking and thorough and a must read for those seeking to understand the why's of what's happening today in the lives of many African Americans and how it correlates to the savagery of slavery.
