Passoni Titanio presents the AT-01 Animus Titanium, a new aerodynamic frameset that evolves the brand’s technical vision while remaining true to its identity. The project is the result of over two years of study and development, combining the unmistakable soul of titanium with contemporary aerodynamic performance.
The name Animus Titanium has deep roots in Passoni’s history. It appeared on two of the brand’s most distinctive models from the 1990s and early 2000's: one in pure titanium, the other in carbon fibre but internally reinforced with titanium to reproduce the unique riding sensation of a titanium frame. That same idea, preserving the soul of titanium even through innovation, is at the core of the new AT-01. The initials "AT" stand for Animus Titanium, expressing both continuity with the past and a clear technical statement.

• Aero Efficiency: The frame’s refined tube profiles and integrated carbon cockpit reduce aerodynamic drag while maintaining the natural smoothness and quiet power delivery typical of titanium.
• Engineering Precision: Titanium components such as the head tube, bottom bracket shell and dropouts are CNC-machined and 3D-printed for structural accuracy. The T47 bottom bracket and 1”½ headset improve stiffness and long-term reliability.
• Ride Quality: The AT-01 features an entirely new generation of titanium tubes, designed specifically for this model to deliver a more reactive yet composed ride. The combination of titanium and carbon ensures a balance between efficiency, control and comfort that defines the character of the bike.
• Integration: Full internal cable routing and compatibility with modern electronic and wireless drivetrains result in a clean, functional design.

• The AT-01 Animus Titanium introduces a hybrid architecture: a titanium lower triangle ensures power transfer, stability and comfort, while a monocoque carbon upper triangle enables aerodynamic shaping and weight reduction. Each material is used precisely where it performs best, joined in a seamless structure that reflects Passoni’s pursuit of balance between efficiency and emotion.

  • Front Triangle titanium tube: Downtube Ø 44mm Aero-shaped.
  • Rear Triangle titanium tubes: Chainstays Ø 25.4 mm. Aero-shaped 30 x 21mm.
  • Bottom Bracket Shell: Titanium grade 9, CNC machined, Passoni engraved logo and frame code, T47.
  • Head tube: Titanium grade 5, 3D printed and CNC machined, bearings Ø 1”1/2.
  • Dropouts: Titanium grade 5, 3D print and CNC machined, for disc brake thru-axle.
  • Seatpost: Full carbon seatpost - Handmade in Italy.
  • Monocoque carbon frame: High modulus monocoque carbon frame - Handmade in Italy.
  • Fork: Passoni FP01 full carbon Ø 56 mm, offset 45mm, round steerer tube, flat mount 160mm only, 32mm measured tire dimension, thru-axle 100 x 12 customised Passoni.
  • Cockpit: Passoni CP01 full carbon integrated handlebar.
  • Options: The frame is available for electronic groupset, Di2 groupset or wireless groupset such as WRL / AXS. The frame is compatible with tire 32mm measured.
