how to install Raritan 30-Outlet PDU

  • Prepare the rack and confirm load requirements: Verify rack space, confirm the server and network gear load, and ensure your cooling plan accommodates the anticipated cumulative power draw. This helps balance distribution and prevent overheating.
  • Mount the PDU in the rack: Slide the PDU into the 19-inch rack rails and align mounting holes. Secure it with the appropriate screws or cage nuts, ensuring the unit sits evenly and firmly to minimize vibration and strain on cords.
  • Connect the input power: Using a compliant power cord, connect the NEMA L21-30P plug to a compatible power source or distribution path. Ensure the connection is firm, and avoid tightly bending cords to reduce wear at plug interfaces.
  • Route and label outlets: Plan cable routes to minimize cross-rack interference. Label critical devices to facilitate quick maintenance, audits, and future scaling. Separate high-draw devices from lighter equipment where possible for optimal load balance.
  • Power on and test: Turn on the PDU and cycle through a basic outlet test to verify each C13 and C19 receptacle supplies power. Confirm devices boot correctly and monitor for any tripped breakers or abnormal voltage readings during initial operation.

Great for Karaoke Nights and Small Parties!
Style: X3206 with One Woofer, Style: X3206 with One Woofer
We used the speaker for a recent get-together with around 30 people, and it did not disappoint. The karaoke features and mic input were a big hit, and the party lights added a fun touch. It's super easy to use, and the sound quality—especially the deep bass—is impressive for its size. One thing I really appreciated is the audio-in and audio-out options. If you have a DJ setup, it's super convenient to connect the speaker directly to your deck—no hassle at all. Bluetooth connection took a bit longer than expected to pair, but nothing too bad. Once connected, it worked smoothly the whole night. Great buy for anyone looking for a solid party speaker with versatility!

Turn me up turbo
Style: X3206 with One Woofer
I bought this for my performances assuming well of the brand (I’m a musician). My biggest complaint is that I wish it were louder. There have been performances where they’ve asked me to turn the volume up and surely enough it’s already at its loudest volume 🥴. The battery life is pretty good, it’s never died on me and I’ve had 4hr gigs before. The light is also a nice touch (and can turn on and off per your request of hitting a button). It makes a sound when you turn it on and off which can also be muted if you can catch it in time. Pretty easy for me to carry from place to place. Im not sure I’d recommend it to a musician but depending on what it is you need it for- it’s truly not bad. For the price it’s pretty average and until I can invest in a louder option, it gets the job done pretty okay.

A good speaker, wish it connect to my tv without an audio cord. But the sound is not bad. It’s good for the price.
