Ingredients

Aniseed oil (Pimpinella anisum oleum) is an effective expectorant, which means it thins mucus so it can be expelled more easily.
Grindelia (Grindelia robusta) has an expectorant action that reduces excess mucus in the upper respiratory tract.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) helps manage respiratory health. It helps to loosen mucus in airways and also helps relax the bronchial muscles.
Calming and relaxing, Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) protects the mucous membrane tissue from further damage and soothes the nose, throat and mouth.
Mullein (Verbascum densiflorum) soothes mucous membranes in the throat by forming a protective layer.
Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) helps to expel phlegm and soothe mucous membranes in the nose, throat and lungs. It is especially useful for respiratory tract health.
With essential oils, Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) supports the immune system. Its expectorant action helps clear the air passage of excess saliva and mucous. Eases a dry, tickly throat and blocked nose.

Oral Liquid Ingredients:
In a natural vegetable glycerin base. Contains ethanol. Hypoallergenic. Does not contain sugar, artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours, preservatives, gluten, wheat or dairy. GE Free.

Dose: Acute: 1-2 weeks Chronic or Reoccurring:
Adult 5ml, up to 6x daily 5ml, 2x daily

For immediate support, take every 30 minutes for up to 3 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses per day. For children 0-6 years, we recommend Kids Chest Relief Day or Kids Chest Relief Night.
