CERAMICS - INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED - WITH JAYThis class is designed for the student with an established base of ceramic skills. This class is designed for the student with an established base of ceramic skills. The class will set goals and work toward those goals through demonstrations and guidance from the instructor. The class will focus on more complex ceramic forms, glazing and bringing your skills to the next level. Some areas that may be explored are combined forms, larger thrown/hand built forms, bottles, lidded forms, alternate firing techniques, glaze/surface decoration, as well as sculptural expressions. All levels are welcome but the main focus of the class will be taking your already established skills to the next level.


Supplies: Bring to class notebook, pencil, basic kit plus fettling knife, small bucket, towel and sponge. Additional items can be added as needed.
