A lens hood provides multiple functions: it shades the lens from stray light, improving your contrast and image quality; in inclement weather, it can assist in keeping moisture or wind-blown debris off the lens; and it protects the front barrel from the inevitable impacts against walls, door frames and other real-life obstacles.
The hood features a non-glare matte finish on the interior surface to further prevent or limit lens flare. The adapter ring facilitates the attachment of the lens hood or a 49mm thread filter to the lens.
LH-JX100 replaces the Fujifilm LH-X100 Lens Hood while LA-49X100 lens adapter ring replaces the Fujifilm AR-X100 adapter ring.

Quick and easy claim process.
I had problems with my Sous Vide and the manufacturer warranty expired 1 year ago. I made a claim with Asurion and they immediately sent me a return label. I returned the old Sous Vide and I was sent an amazon gift card to purchase a new Sous Vide within a couple of days.

ASURION EXTENDED WARRANTIES
I was skeptical that my ASURION warranty would be honored since it was not an easy process to submit claim and required following up several times. Not as easy as buying it initially for a product on check out at amazon. Once the burdensome process was completed on my end, It was easy load the gift card issued for the warranty to my Amazon account. I would definitely look at warranty policies closer though before purchasing one. Good luck if you decide to purchase extended warranty.
