Hot off the back of their Human By Default imprint’s fiftieth release milestone, Miami-based duo Bedouin return to home turf with two heady cuts that have already been road-tested on wide-eyed crowds at Pacha Ibiza during their weekly SAGA residency and beyond. Opener 'Better Than This' is a soul-stirring house track with tender vocals from IVETA that bring a seductive edge to the bouncy beats while worldly synths weave intricately through cascading strings. On the flip, 'Khazna' is a seven-minute deep house trip lit up with well-curated synth work and peppered with lush, swinging woodblocks. The arrival of a haunting lead at the mid-point adds an eerie touch to close out proceedings in style.

“'Better Than This' has been in the works for a year, and we're excited to finally release it to the world. It’s a song about embracing the present moment, because that’s all we truly have. As we journey forward, it’s the mystery of that path that keeps us alive. ‘Khazna’ was written with the magnificent city of Petra in mind while preparing for our Cercle live broadcast at the Petra Treasury; this track was then road-tested, refined, and perfected to ignite a dance floor near you.” - Bedouin.
