Pentair Pentek Traditional Standard Filter Housings are manufactured of a durable polypropylene and are designed to be compatible with most nominal 20" Standard sized filter cartridges. All #20 Standard Housings are equipped with 3/4" NPT inlet and outlet ports. Pentek 20-inch Standard Filter Housings accommodate a wide range of 2-1/2" to 2-7/8" diameter cartridges. The reinforced polypropylene cap offers is equipped with a pressure-relief button on the inlet side to relieve pressure inside the housing when changing filter cartridges. Pentek reinforced polypropylene housings have excellent chemical resistance and are ideal for many residential, commercial and industrial applications. Pentair Water Filter Housings are molded from rugged reinforced polypropylene. They offer outstanding chemical compatibility and are ideal for use in a variety of low-flow applications. These applications include undersink and countertop residential filtration, pre- and post-reverse osmosis filtration, recreational vehicle filtration, food service and humidifying systems. Note that the actual dimensions of 20" Standard filter cartridges vary per filter type and model - these are typically between 2-1/2" to 2⅞" OD and 20” Length.
