HOW TO USE (ROLL-ON): Apply liberally behind the ear, under the nose, chest, pulse points, or rub in between hands and inhale as often as needed.  * I recommend testing skin sensitivity by applying to inside of the elbow before applying all over. Use as often as needed.

HOW TO USE (INHALER): Hold one nostril closed while holding inhaler up to other nostril. Inhale deeply. Repeat on other side. Use as often as needed.
