Directions & Precautions
Vitamin supplements can only be of assistance if the dietary intake is inadequate. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
