• Lavender: Lavender has a wide variety of therapeutic and curative properties. It induces relaxation, treats infections, burns, insect bites, and spasm. Scientific evidence piles up to suggest that lavender essential oil may support in relieving nervous disorders. It has anti-anxiety, mood stabilizer, sedative, analgesic, and anticonvulsive. It may also have properties protecting the nervous system.
• Bergamot, made in Calabria, a beautiful fragrance. Bergamot essential oil helps in reducing negative emotions and fatigue; it lowers saliva cortisol levels (a hormone often called the body's "stress hormone"). Bergamot essential oil may also improve negative emotions and fatigue and lower saliva cortisol levels (a hormone often called the body's "stress hormone").
• Tea tree contains several compounds, including terpinen-4-ol, that have been shown to kill certain bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Terpinen-4-ol also appears to increase the activity of your white blood cells, which help fight germs and other foreign invaders.
• Vitamin E is a set of eight fat-soluble compounds with powerful antioxidant effects. t’s perhaps best known for its antioxidant effects, protecting cells from oxidative damage and neutralizing toxic molecules called free radicals. Vitamin E helps for a proper immune function.
• Almond oil is the carrier oil that helps the active oils be carried through the epidermis.

In addition, a few drops of the homeopathic Ignatia amara 30CH was added to the mix. It helps in releasing old emotions of grief, unpleasant memories, high sensitivity, irritability, and sadness.

How to use: Using the roller or the dropper, spread a droplet of oil on your skin, at the back of the neck, behind the ears, or on your pillow. 3-4 drops can be dropped in a container with a high-grade alcohol to make a refresher or in an oil diffuser before bedtime or when relaxation is needed. Similarly, a few drops in a hot bath before going to bed can help recharge in a deep sleep.  Available as a roller and a dropper in cobalt blue UV-protecting containers (1 Oz and 2 Oz droppers).
