"The title is in memoriam, and she definitely did shape me as a human being," said Brittany Howard. "But, the record is not about her. It's about me. I'm pretty candid about myself and who I am and what I believe. Which is why I needed to do it on my own." Brittany assembled a band that included Alabama Shakes bassist Zac Cockrell, jazz keyboardist Robert Glasper and Grammy-nominated drummer Nate Smith to work on material she brought into engineer Shawn Everett's Los Angeles studio. She came out with an 11-track effort, the first under her own name.

Works great on many different size cans
Works great on various size cans. It is a little larger that other openers, but seems very sturdy. It is a little loud and slow, but not a large concern. Very happy with it.

Stopped working after 3 months
It stopped working after 3 months.
The motor still runs the gear still turns. But it does not engage the can to cut.
I bought it for a post operative situation and I am glad that it worked when for the length of time it did but it's disappointing that I now have to throw this item away.

Meh.
Worked great the first couple of times it was used. But then it stopped cutting into the cans and does not open them. It causes the metal to fray off in small pieces which resulted in getting a piece of metal stuck in my finger for weeks so I don't recommend. It's also very loud.
