artist bio
Arne Lundsteen Hansen born in Copenhagen on 9th March 1921, was a Danish painter, printer maker and ceramicist.

Danish art critic Anne Lie Stokbro writes of Hansen:

"From a naturalistic point of view, he developed an increasingly abstract design language, motivically inspired by places as diverse as the area around Skagen, where he has had summer residences since the 1960s, and the heavy iron industry at B&W and Stålvalseværket, inspirations that hold to this day. In the landscapes that, despite the abstraction, tangibly reproduce nature, the Bbranch is minimised to a single point on the horizon line, around which heaven and earth end. The low farms around Råbjerg Mile are also transformed into schematic, almost concrete patterns on the image surface. The lines in the machines of large-scale industry, the red-hot irons and the moulds Hansen depicted in paintings from the 1960s onwards. In the contrast between the black of the machines and the red-hot iron, you get a sense of the atmosphere of the big companies. From around 1958, Hansen has been working with ceramics alongside his painting. At Kähler's ceramic workshop in Næstved, he thus performed a number of decorating tasks and reliefs in the years after 1958, including the relief series ‘Hilsen til årets onsdage’. The reliefs depict observations of the light and weather of the seasons, made every Wednesday for an entire year. The observations were translated into an abstract design language and executed in glazed stoneware. Over the years, Hansen’s style has been refined, sometimes bordering on the ascetic, which is expressed in both paintings and decorative projects. The decorations are often colour combinations or wall decorations, where he uses the same design language as in his painting."

Hansen passed away 3 August 2009, aged 87.

Durable, affordable, definitely buy it
Color: Purple
This fits so comfortably in my hand and I find that the layout of the clicker buttons is more efficient for me than a normal mouse. Tbh I don't use all of the functions but I know she's got more than I utilize. Moves smooth. For someone who has hand mobility issues or injuries (maybe even carpal tunnel?), this might be a better alternative than a normal computer mouse. It's good quality, durable, and I love the color options, I got purple/green with yellow. Super cute and worth the price. My husband got a $100 ergonomic mouse but I was not willing to pay that hefty price. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Happy with them
I'm putting up shelves around my bed for my books, and so far, the first shelf is holding nicely with these brackets. They seem pretty sturdy and were easy to install with the screws and anchors that came with it. I measured out where i wanted the brackets on the board and then screwed them to it. I then held it against the wall and used a level to make sure it was level, then put a screw in the middle bracket to hold it level while i marked the rest of the screw holes. I did this all by myself, but it would've been a lot easier to do with two people. I plan to buy more and put up more shelves

Fantastic Product
I bought these hangers to mount my speakers. They are heavy duty, has a curl at the end to keep the speakers from falling off, and I was able to mount them and have clearance underneath. Awesome!!

Does it's purpose with style
We used these in our pantry and dining room for shelves and they turned out well. The only reason they are hard to install is because of the design (which is very nice) so it is worth it. It just takes time when you you are hanging the shelves, to do it correctly. While they can hold a lot, we realized that a bunch of cans or jars cannot go on these shelves. Luckily we had another option for heavy items (Example: We had about 40ish pounds of cans/jars on a 1x12 board that is 33 inches long with 2 of these brackets...and it was too much). If you do not need to hold a lot of weight, these shelves are a for sure, for the price and quality. If you NEED they for something heavy, then you probably will have to go with something more practical from a hardware store. We LOVE them for our pantry!
