During the course we will cover:
- what injury management is
- workplace injury management and return to work programs
- who is involved in injury management
- initial response to injury
- the rehabilitation and return to work process, and
- how to support an injured worker’s recovery and return to work.
This course has been independently reviewed by EML. It has been designed to meet best practice standards in injury management.

Terminology has been chosen for clarity and ease of comprehension across jurisdictions. For example, ‘Return to Work Coordinator’ has been used to represent the person responsible for coordinating injury management and return to work activities at the workplace.
Similar terms may include ‘Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator’ or ‘Injury Management Coordinator’.
A Certificate of Completion is issued on successful completion of the course and you are required to get an 80% pass mark to be deemed as understanding the content. It is recommended that training is conducted every 2 years to stay refreshed.
