Heat Press Instructions:

1. Preheat your heat press to 300–320°F (150–160°C).

2. Position the patch on your garment (adhesive side down).

3. Cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect the patch.

4. Press for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure.

5. Allow the item to cool for 30 seconds, then check adhesion.

6. If needed, press again for a few seconds to secure edges.

For garments that will be machine washed, reinforce with a few stitches for maximum durability.
