Always keep them at hand
After radiation I was left with compromised saliva production and these Xylimelts really help. I use one any time I feel my mouth becoming dry, when I’m going to do any sort of physical activity, when the weather is hot, after eating astringent foods or drinks - because the taste is very mild you can even keep one in your mouth while eating or drinking.
