BOB XL Body Opponent Bag Training Benefits
Get realistic training with the larger BOB XL, the Body Opponent Bag. BOB XL has a longer torso than the original BOB, giving you a much larger striking surface for body shots and kicks. The freestanding design also means you can train without needing to install a hanging bag.
This martial arts training bag is useful for working on targeting, distance, and strike placement. The body opponent shape helps you aim at specific areas rather than a flat surface, while the extended torso supports a wider range of standing striking drills.
Adjustable Large Training Bag Features
The base fills with either water or sand and is rounded for easy relocation. It features height adjustments from 60 inches to 82 inches tall, allowing the bag to be set for different users and training needs.
Because the BOB XL training dummy is freestanding, it can be positioned in an open training area and moved when needed. The larger striking surface makes it especially helpful for practicing combinations that include both upper-body strikes and lower body kicks.
