In 2008 Liz joined Shaun at First Creek Wines and together they have produced some of the best Semillon, Chardonnay and Shiraz the Hunter Valley has to offer. Silkman Wines is a boutique producer, drawing on years of Hunter Valley winemaking experience to deliver an exciting new range of wines.
