Just wood, fibreglass and rocker. What was produced through the building process of the pinpoint is a board that doesn't have massive reactions to movement on a rail or off a kicker. The Ronix Pinpoint was aimed at creating an old-school, traditional cable board with no fancy, overbearing, alternating flex patterns. No base moldings. Just wood, fibreglass and rocker. What was produced through the building process of the pinpoint is a board that doesn't have massive reactions to movement on a rail or off a kicker. It allows you to have a consistent feel throughout the board thanks to its consistent flex profile. A low-rise rocker allows the board to feel fast on top of the water, which allows you to control how much power you have onto features, whether you give it that last-minute hard cut into a kicker for the boot or mellow it out onto a rail. Vintage is in fashion, and that's what the Pinpoint aims to be. No frills, just a vintage-style cable board that anyone can appreciate.
Rocker Line
- Low Rise Continuous Rocker - A Continuous rocker provides a super smooth and predictable pop and, thanks to the low rise element, is the fastest of Ronix's continuous boards, meaning when you hit the kicker, your gonna boost
Board Flex
- Flex Rating(1=Soft, 100=Stiff) - Tip/Tail: 72 | Centre: 70
- All Over Flex - Altering angles of wood, give a varying flex all over the board so you can get a maximised flex into the tip and tail.
Core Construction
- Paulownia Wood Core - Made from one of the earth's most renewable sources, trees. Paulownia wood is the snowboard-influenced core that gives a snappy, lively feel and offers plenty of flex to press right into those rails.

- Speedwalls – Poured Urethane Sidewalls for greater top water speed
Laminates
- Magic Carpet – Ronix are constantly sourcing new fibreglass materials trying to find that perfect blend that allows the ideal amount of resin to seep thru and set to their Magic Carpet

Cheap and good

I chose the color black and it gives a really nice look, especially with the multicolor led lights around the keys. It is very easy to clean and you can shut off the keyboard to prevent any mess with the iPad. The magnet is very nice and keeps the keyboard in place. The keyboard doesn’t easily slip or anything so it holds the iPad very well. Only bad thing is that over time the iPad begins to scrape off the pain and it leaves your keyboard with some white spots all over :/ but if looks isn’t something that you care about, this is the keyboard for you. Don’t use it for gaming because there is a delay in functionality when you press a key and then try to use the pad. Also, you have to press the keys a bit harder than the usual keyboard. But for the price? This is a great item! Definitely worth my money

Works great
Color: Purple
Works just pretty good. My only complaint would be that it can turn on the screen when closed. I put it in my backpack and went throughout my school day only to find out later the battery had drained because the screen would light up and stay on.
Did not have this issue with other covers. Easy work around is to just do a complete shutoff or maybe change the settings before putting in away. I just had the habit of keeping mine on because of frequent use in back to back classes.

Great low cost USB C to 4K HDMI splitter adaptor

The Anker USB C Hub 5-in-1 USBC to HDMI splitter with 4K display with one powered USB c and 2 USB A ports works flawlessly and is a perfect travel companion or simple and inexpensive desktop dock to connect a moderan USB C only laptop to a large monitor up to 4K resolution. It supports 4K at 60 Hz so not for high speed gaming but it is flicker free for daily work where running at 60 Hz provides a clean looking 4K display. The USB C and USB A ports work perfectly. I already have four of these in different port configuration but wanted the 4K extension for travel and this was the best one for quality and bang for the buck.
