How to Install HPE 42U 600mmx1075mm G2 Enterprise Pallet Rack

Installing the HPE G2 Enterprise Pallet Rack is a straightforward process when you follow best practices for data-center layouts and safety. Begin with a thorough space assessment to determine optimal rack placement, considering aisle width, cooling zones, and access points. Level the floor area and verify load-bearing capacity to support the weight of fully populated racks. Unpack the rack components carefully, inspecting for any shipping damage, and organize hardware before assembly.

1) Assemble the base and frame plate: Secure the base feet to the rack’s bottom frame using the provided hardware, ensuring all feet are level and properly seated. Tighten fasteners to specification and confirm each corner remains square as you proceed.

2) Install vertical posts and rails: Erect the frame per your data-center layout and install the vertical posts at the required heights. Attach the 19-inch mounting rails, adjusting for equipment depth. Use level indicators to confirm alignment for optimal blade and module installation and to prevent warping or misalignment during use.

3) Attach front and rear doors and panels: If your configuration includes doors, install them securely with the locking mechanism engaged. Add rear panels or blinds as needed to optimize airflow and reduce turbulence. Confirm door operation and lock integrity before loading equipment.

4) Route cabling and integrate power: Plan cable pathways for front and rear access, installing cable trays, management arms, and tie-down points. Prepare PDU and power-management solutions as required, ensuring cable bundles are neatly organized and do not obstruct cooling channels. Verify compatibility with existing IT gear and management software where applicable.

5) Load equipment and test: Begin with lighter-weight components to verify rail tolerances and door clearance, gradually loading the rack with heavier servers, storage units, and network devices. Check level alignment, door operation, and cable management. Perform a basic power-on test to confirm rack-level cooling and power distribution are functioning as intended, then document the build for future maintenance.

6) Final optimization: After initial deployment, assess cable routing, airflow patterns, and cooling efficiency. Install optional accessories such as rear blanking panels, additional cable managers, or enhanced locking hardware to tailor the rack to your specific environment. Schedule routine inspections to ensure continued structural integrity and security.

My favorite... And I'm picky.
Size: 3 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I've become a little obsessed with sunscreen over the last past 5 years. I have olive skin and developed melasma after my first pregnancy. I learned the hard way that chemical sunscreens don't help if you have melasma - and they actually make the dark spots even worse. Also the active ingredients in chemical sunscreens (like Oxybenzone and Octinoxate) are absorbed by your skin, and may cause allergies, hormonal imbalance and be toxic overtime. After learning that, I started wearing only mineral sunscreen (active ingredient is zinc and/or titanium dioxide). These are not absorbed and works by creating a physical barrier that reflects the sun (some studies suggest that some nanoparticles of zinc may be absorbed by your skin, so to be really, really safe you should look for non-nano particles). After trying a few brands, I realized the sunscreens with only zinc in their formulas worked better than the blends with titanium dioxide, but this is just my personal preference I guess. And the higher the percentage of zinc, the better. Most pure mineral sunscreens out there are 10-ish % zinc, SPF 30, 40 min water resistant - which is ok. Thinksport goes beyond that: It's 20% non-nano zinc, SPF 50+, 80 min water resistant. It really can't get any better than that! The lotion is not extremely thick when compared to other sunscreens I've tried and I find it pretty easy to apply. As every zinc sunscreen, it does leave a little fine white cast, but honestly Thinksport is not bad at all! It smells nice, lightly citrusy - and the smell vanishes soon. And, it's not overpriced. Best I've tried so far.

Works but will Dry Out Your Skin
Size: 6 Ounce (Pack of 1)
I am a swim instructor at an outdoor pool and this stuff DOES work. I can apply it at the beginning of a 5 hour shift and while I have experienced light tanning it has protected against burning completely without reapplication. The white cast is significant though I don't mind it aesthetically, I know its there for protection . It does rub off on things though so consider yourself warned. Major Con: it is incredibly drying, and the soap needed to scrub it off is A LOT. That coupled with chlorine is a lot for my skin . Still on my sunscreen journey.

Banter, a bit of angst, found family, and a hot, tattooed bad boy who’s really a totally softie
Format: Kindle
This was a fun, easy read. It has all the things I love in a sports romance...banter, a bit of angst, found family, and a hot, tattooed bad boy who’s really a totally softie. Knox is kind of a mess at the start. He’s super talented, but has a reputation problem after getting kicked off his motocross team. He’s desperate for a second chance, which leads him to Avery, a former Olympic gymnast recovering from an injury. She’s trying to get her confidence back, and somehow these two end up helping each other. They can't stand each other at the beginning. He says ALL. THE. WRONG. THINGS. Evenutally, their friendship builds into something more. It felt natural and sweet. I liked that they both had their own stuff going on. Avery’s inner struggle was really relatable, and Knox’s bond with his brothers, especially with Flynn, added a ton of heart to the story. The beginning was little slow, and the ending felt a little rushed. Overall, though? I had a great time with this book.

New Type of Sports Romance!
Format: Kindle, Format: Kindle
Instagram: @notyourkindlehistory Burnout by Rebecca Jenshak Rating: 3.5 Spice: 3.5

Tropes: - Gymnast x motocross rider - Training together - Tattooed hero - College romance - Ton of Banter My Review Okay… I’m not even sure how to start this review so I’m just going to explain my 3.5 rating. I want to begin saying, there really wasn’t anything that made this book bad. I have read previous books by Rebecca Jenshak, and I LOVED them, rated them 4 or 5 stars, but for some reason, this book took me about 35-40% of the way through to finally get into it and enjoy it. Once I got past that point, I absolutely loved it. I’m not sure if it was a mood I was in, or just that it was a completely different type of sports romance, but something just didn’t grab my attention soon enough. I loved Avery and Knox, two complete opposite kind of people, which made for a ton of banter. I loved that we were able to get inside of the head of Avery, an Olympic gymnast, who was recovering from an injury, and see what that process of the road to recovery and competing again at 100%  looked like from a mental stand point. Knox was this character that you got immediate bad boy, I don’t do relationships and just hook up vibes from, but slowly throughout the book you can see Avery and Knox going back and forth and breaking each-others walls down. They began hanging out more and doing more things together, but didn’t want to define what they had because it worked for them and what they needed at the time. This book had different aspects of a relationship that you don’t see in other romance books, such as long distance. I thought the end of this book was left more open ended than closed, and I felt it just kind of ended, or the epilogue wasn’t really a cherry on top, it was more so just the sprinkles. BUT, overall, I would recommend this book to read to others; the spice in this book was AMAZING (there may or may not be a spicy motorcycle scene hehe), the banter was great, we really got a feel and understanding of each character too. I wonder if I read it again, or read other books in the universe to get some background on this story, maybe my mind will change on my rating; but for now it’s a solid 3.5 for me.
