THE WORLD'S FAVOURITE SANDBAG SINCE 2012

Upgraded for 2020, now with Ballistic Nylon material, our new bonded nylon triple stitching and a larger collar to make this awesome bag even tougher, easier to fill and now available in 3 convenient sizes!

    • 40-70kg (88-154lb)
    • 70-100kg (154-220lb)
    • 100-130kg (220-286lb)

Indoors or outdoors, our Cerberus Sandbag is made for tough stuff like lifting, carrying, pressing and loading...AND it trains your grip every time you workout. This durable Sandbag is awkward to lift, requiring that you fight hard to perform exercises with it, just like working with a "real-life" person or object. A great choice for all athletes, strongmen, MMA athletes, grapplers, wrestlers or anyone looking for a new challenge and a versatile training tool.

To load up this Sandbag coarser grained sand works best and we would also suggest some form of liner for your sand such as our CERBERUS Sandbag Liner. A Liner Kit (liner and heavy duty cable ties) is included. Our sandbags are heavy duty and are able to withstand drops but they are not designed to be slammed.

    Features

    • Made from our NEW 1050D CORDURA® Nylon Ballistic Fabric (strongest material available and not to be confused with cheaper 1000D regular fabric used by other manufacturers).
    • Our new pattern Triple Stitching with Bonded Nylon Thread
    • New extra length inner collar, making the sandbag quicker, easier and cleaner to close
    • Simulates stone lifting in a much more cost effective and convenient format
    • Superb functional training tool for strength, conditioning, and grip work
    • 3 Sizes Available

    How to fill your Sandbag

Open out your Sandbag & open out your liner inside your sandbag.

Now fill your liner/sandbag with the desired amount of sand, we suggest coarse sand. Please note that the maximum suggested weight is 130kg!

Using the cable ties provided seal the liner closed inside the bag, so it is tight and compact, do not cut your cable ties, trim off any liner excess.

Now tighten the draw string on the inner collar make sure that is as tight as you can get it.

Now gather up the open end of the sandbag and get it as close/tight to the sandbag liner. You want the bag to be compact. Now using the external tie strap wrap it clock wise around the tightly gathered up material so it is as tight as you can make it.

Feed the end of the strap through the plastic fastener and pull the strap so it tightens and locks the strap securely in the plastic fastener.

    SANDBAG TRAINING

Some suggestions to get the most out of your sandbag:

Use it as a conditioning tool/sport-specific – with a light to moderate weight bag at the end of your workout or as a separate conditioning session. Do long runs or sprints while doing a front carry with the sandbag (improved core strength, grip strength and forearm development, upper back size and strength and conditioning).

Ground to overhead reps for time - try sets of 30sec, 60sec or if you are doing conditioning for an event e.g. a lot of strongman events are 75 or 90sec just pick it up and get it over head with either a strict press, jerk or push press - whichever way you do it will be a killer! (Power, core strength, grip strength and forearm development, posterior chain, shoulders, triceps pretty much your whole body).

Your options are endless here - push it, drag it, throw it, pull it.

Use it as a replacement for your "normal" barbell – use a moderate to heavy weight sandbag and use instead of the barbell - works great for front squats, overhead squats, cleans, overhead press, push press/jerk, floor press, bicep curls (light to moderate weight bag) the list goes on. Don't be afraid to experiment, just be aware to not try the same weight as you would have on a barbell.

Use it for Strongman Training – one of the most common events in Strongman is a loading race or medley. One of the staples of this event is a heavy sandbag (usually 100kg or 120kg). Tthe bag is picked up and carried 10/15m and loaded onto a platform of some type. Try the same thing. The Sandbag is also great as an alternative to Atlas Stones. Lie the Sandbag horizontally, lift from the floor using your legs and back using your arms as hooks (not to pull with). Then sit and rest the bag on your knees then come over the top of the bag and in one movement lift the bag up and extending it up using your hip and leg drive. Extend as far as you can and load it onto the platform.

Please note: These sandbags are not pre-filled.

So good we ordered more — flawless WiFi upgrade
    Size: 2 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
The TP-Link Deco BE25 (Deco 7) Dual-Band BE5000 WiFi 7 Mesh system has been an absolute game changer for our home network. Setup was surprisingly simple, and within minutes we had strong, stable coverage throughout the entire house. Dead zones we used to struggle with are completely gone. The signal stays consistent even when moving between floors and rooms, which makes a huge difference for streaming, video calls, and smart devices. Speed and reliability have both been noticeably improved. Everything feels faster and more responsive, especially with multiple devices connected at once. The app is also easy to use for managing settings and monitoring the network. It worked so well that we ended up ordering more units to expand coverage even further. That really says it all—this system just works, and it works well. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their home WiFi to something truly reliable.

Plug & Play - Stable Fast Network
    Size: 3 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000, Size: 3 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
I replaced a previous version of these Deco mesh routers (X55)- installed my previous ones at my in laws and upgraded myself with these. It was truly plug-and-play, and I have all of them wired backhaul. The only couple things that surprised me was the size. They are much larger than they appear in the pictures. The other is the LED control. I like the previous version you cannot individually control the LEDs for these so it’s all or nothing. I upgraded the unmanaged switch at my patch panel that wires the house with 2.5gb, making sure that the backhaul on these was as possible. By this point I’ve had them for about six months and I’ve had zero downtime. My wife and I are both professionals. I work from home and have never once had a disruption so the reliability has been perfect. All my devices were able to connect without issue and I have about 78 total wireless devices across my 4000 square-foot house. Even my devices that control sprinkler systems in my yard connect great. Until I get about 100 yards from my house (way in the backyard). Meaning the compatibility and range are top-notch. My Internet speed is only 1 gb at the moment, but I wanted something more future proof since my ISP has up to 10 available. I definitely recommend this product and actually all of the deco mesh systems.

Finally Fixed the Dead Zones in My House
    Size: 3 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
I bought this after getting tired of dealing with weak Wi-Fi in certain parts of the house, and the difference was noticeable almost immediately. Setup was much easier than I expected and only took a few minutes. Before installing it, video calls would freeze, pages would take forever to load, and some devices would randomly disconnect when moving farther from the router. Since adding this mesh extender, the connection has been much more consistent and I’m getting coverage in areas that barely had a signal before. I also like that devices seem to switch between the router and extender smoothly without me having to think about it. If you're struggling with dead spots or unreliable Wi-Fi, this has been a worthwhile upgrade.

Very outdoor. Outstanding outdoor Wi-Fi — perfect companion for Starlink (even in winter!
    Size: 1 Pack Outdoor, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000, Size: 1 Pack Outdoor, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
I’m using this as the main router at an off-grid cabin, connected directly to a Starlink Mini, and it has been phenomenal. The coverage and stability are far better than the built-in Starlink Wi-Fi router, especially outdoors and around multiple buildings. This unit serves as the primary node in my network, with a few Deco M5 units extending the mesh, and the handoff between them is seamless. I’m getting reliable coverage over roughly 3 acres, including around the cabin, outbuildings, and yard — something the Starlink router couldn’t come close It’s mounted outdoors and has gone through freezing winter conditions with snow, ice, and icicles forming around it — zero issues so far. Performance hasn’t dropped, and it’s stayed rock solid. Setup was straightforward, management through the app is easy, and once it’s running you basically forget about it — which is exactly what i want. If you’re running Starlink at a rural property, cabin, farm, or large yard, this is an excellent upgrade and easily worth it. Strong signal, wide coverage, and dependable even in harsh conditions. Highly recommended..!.

Great signal throughout the house and beyond
    Size: 3 Pack, Style: Wi-Fi 7 BE5000
Got this set of 3 to replace the single rental EERO that the service provider put in when my mom got fiber. My biggest issue with the EERO was that the service provider set it up, meaning I had no way to control the device. Specifically, my mom is old and apt to click on scam ads or to call the number when a scam popup freezes her keyboard (thanks a lot, Zuckerberg). The only layer of protection I can give her is an adblock DNS, and to do so I need control. Also, I could not get her living room TV to connect to WiFi and signal was starting to drop off a bit in rooms farthest from that single device. At the time of purchase, this was the most economical 3 mesh device WiFi 7 system from a well established brand. The devices are a bit bulky, but are not eye sores and seem to be very well made. The available wall mount brackets for this style router appear to be more secure than the ones for the cylindrical models, and they won't look as goofy hanging on the wall which is another plus. Mounting brackets are sold separately. Her TV still does not connect to WiFi, so placed one of these near the TV and connected it via ethernet cable. The third is in one of the rooms farthest from the main base. The range is quite acceptable, with my phone getting full signal strength in the yard @ >50' from the house in some places. During setup, was given the option to set up MLO WiFi, aka Multi-Link Operation, which creates a second WiFi network that may provide higher throughput than the basic WiFi connection. It is not compatible with all devices, so likely best practice to connect lower need or 'potato quality' devices to the lower throughput base network (phones, TVs, tablets, guests, etc.). The fiber speed is around 300mbps. After extensive Speed Test usage to the point that they stopped allowing me to run Speed Test, both the Base WiFi and MLO WiFi performed similarly with possibly 10-20mbps higher average via MLO. My guess is that MLO may only be truly useful for gigabit connections. Going straight WiFi with these things doesn't add any significant latency or noticeable drop in throughput in my situation, but could be a concern in larger homes and/or when more walls/junk/metal is between mesh devices. Each of these has 2 ethernet ports, and hardwiring them together with ethernet cable will provide the strongest/fastest connection between mesh devices. The theoretical maximum reliable length is 328' (100 meters) for ethernet cable, so quality Cat6 cable could really put some distance between the main base and the 3rd mesh station (possibly with some WiFi dead spots in between). This is not unique to this system, as most mesh devices have 2 or more ethernet ports.
