During the Fifties Andres Segovia strengthened his fame as the best classical guitarist in the world with a series of wonderful recordings containing the most significant parts of his repertoire. Segovia's 19th century music repertoire was focused almost exclusively on the Spanish composers, composers the he liked best. He did not often consider Italian composers. Among the Spanish composers Fernando Sor (Barcellona, 1778 - Paris, 1839) had been his favorite; he was a talented composer and performer who wrote Studies for Guitar which featured a great melodic originality that is even now still used in the education of classical guitarists. This album collects, for the first time, all the recordings that Segovia made of Sor works during the 1950s, which were the best moments of his musical career.

Quality oil

I use nothing but Castrol GTX high mileage 20w50 oil and Wix oil filters in my 2000 Nissan Frontier with 317,000 highway miles on the engine. I change the oil every 3,000 miles and engine is still going strong!

Amazon has become my go-to motor oil merchant

I could not be happier with this oil.
I have been using Castrol GTX regular and High Mileage oils in several cars for 8+ years so you can imagine that I am satisfied with the brand.
As for Castrol's GTX High Mileage 20W-50, I have been using it for a while, first purchasing it at parts stores, but this oil was phased out of many stores in my area. I bought most of the stock I could find in the local stores and then pondered the question of what to do when I use it all up. I searched for this oil on Amazon, merely on a whim, and I was ecstatic to find that they sold it for a price much lower than what I was paying in the auto stores. An oil change on my car takes about four quarts, so I first purchased two of these five quart containers. After using them up and a having a great experience purchasing them on Amazon, I went ahead and purchased four more containers to stock up.
I do much of my own vehicle maintenance and working on cars a hobby of mine, so oil changes are something that I always do on my own. I use this Castrol in a 1992 Volvo 240 Wagon with 250,000 miles which is a daily driver and I will not use anything else for oil at this point. A specialist for these cars recommended that I try a 20W-50 oil in the B230F in my Volvo. I have been able to keep my engine running very smoothly for its age and mileage through regular oil changes and the use of this quality oil. I am confident that recurrent use of this oil will help me push the Volvo many more miles before needing to do an overhaul (the engine is yet to be overhauled, but that should be no big surprise for anyone who has experience with a B2XX engine Volvo).

Cannot purchase this locally any longer

I cannot purchase this viscosity locally any longer. I was very glad to see it offered here. I use this thicker oil in my 2.2 liter Chevrolet engine that has over 200k miles. It works great.
