How to Use Calm Your Skin
1. Weekly Calming Mask
∙ Cleanse skin thoroughly
∙ Apply an even layer over the face (avoid the eye area)
∙ Leave on for 10–15 minutes
∙ Rinse off with cool water
∙ Follow with a hydrating or barrier-support moisturiser
Tip: If you have dry skin, moisturise generously after use.
2. Spot Calming Treatment (Wash-Off)
∙ Apply a thin layer directly on inflamed spots or red areas
∙ Leave on for 10–15 minutes
∙ Rinse thoroughly
Best for: angry breakouts, heat-triggered bumps, localised redness or swelling.
3. Post-Sun / Heat Relief Mask
∙ Apply a medium layer on red, irritated, or overheated skin
∙ Leave on for 10–12 minutes
∙ Rinse with cool water
