Which means we’ve got a fair idea of how to make one. The only thing is, you need fresh, unfermented grape juice. Like, fresh. So, here it is: quite possibly the only NZ Grape Ale you’ll find this year. Sauvignon Blanc grapes, picked on Tuesday, juiced on Wednesday, dropped into the kettle on Thursday. A clean, ample malt base, gently hopped with three wine-friendly varieties: Mosaic, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. Salute!
