Overview
APR Roll-Control Sway Bars are engineered to significantly improve cornering performance by reducing vehicle body roll without greatly impacting comfort. Drivers who enjoy a more spirited driving style often encounter excessive body roll, which negatively impacts handling. During cornering, the vehicle’s body leans to the opposite side, shifting weight primarily to the outside tires. This uneven distribution reduces grip on the inner tires, resulting in decreased overall traction and stability. Our solution? APR Sway Bars are fine-tuned with an optimized spring rate achieved through increased bar diameter and strategic placement of end-link mounting points forged from a single bar. Additionally, we upgrade the bushings to high-performance polyurethane, eliminating bar movement and compression during hard turns, ensuring consistent and enhanced performance. APR Sway Bars are designed as a direct replacement for your factory-installed bars. Simply swap out the original bars with our upgraded sway bars to experience improved handling immediately. Whether referred to as stabilizer bars, anti-roll bars (ARB), or sway bars (FSB/RSB), APR’s bars deliver superior cornering control and driving confidence. Getting Technical: APR Sway Bars are constructed from high-tensile strength steel, known for its excellent durability properties. To reduce weight without compromising strength, these bars are hollow. Each bar is precision CNC-bent from a single piece of bar stock, eliminating welds and significantly reducing the risk of failure compared to traditional manufacturing methods. The bar ends are forged into shape and then quench-hardened in specialized fixtures to achieve the highest strength profile possible, and then dimensionally confirmed in final check fixtures. Lastly, each sway bar is coated with a corrosion-resistant red powder coat, offering both durability and a sleek appearance. On this particular model, we’ve increased the bar diameter to 28 mm, with a 4.5 mm wall thickness, an upgrade from the factory’s 24.3x4.1mm (MK7 R/8Y RS3) and 25.4x4.4m (MK8 R) size. This enhancement results in a spring rate of 339/388 lbs/in delivering a 65%/88% and 57%/80% increase over the factory MK7/MK8 Golf R bars. These changes translate to significantly improved handling, reduced body roll, and a more responsive driving experience. Ok, but don’t use hand cream

I like the case for its ability to house the keyboard, the pencil and the iPad in one convenient place. I find that the magnetic closure and magnets holding the keyboard are not as strong as a previous case I had purchased. The keyboard is great, I like the touchpad and the backlight colors. The cover material is not hand lotion friendly! I’ve tried water and lens cleaning wipes, and neither gets this cover clean. I hesitate to use any chemicals because the material is the type that will get sticky and nasty, and I don’t like that. I’ve included a photo of what the cover looks like after using a lens cleaning wipe. If the magnets were stronger and the cover material easier to clean, I would buy again.

great case!

pros; the color is beautiful. I picked the navy blue. It is exactly as the description described. It goes very well with my blue iPad. The size is very precise and fits perfectly on my iPad. The magnet that holds the case together is very strong. The iPad itself can pivot vertically and horizontally using that magnet. This works very smooth. The magnet closure for the case itself is strong and holds well. The magnet that holds the keyboard in place also works very well. Cons; when the keyboard is in its correct position, it is difficult to angle the iPad in front into the provided grooves. The keyboard gets into the way. This prevents the iPad from reaching the grooves provided. The keyboard feels very light and cheap.
The keyboard itself connected with the Bluetooth very easily. It works wonderful. I love the back light on the keyboard. The color of the keyboard is wonderful. However, as I said above, it does feel a bit cheap. But for 20 bucks, what can you ask for.
When the case is folded together with the keyboard in the iPad, it is a bit bulky. But I knew that from the previous reviews and was expecting it.
What I love most about this case is that the iPad can be removed using the magnet on the back from the keyboard portion, but it is still protected by the exterior plastic case. So in situations where I don’t need to use my keyboard, I can remove the iPad itself and know that it’s still protected overall I recommend this product.

Beautiful, and everything I want it except that the keyboard keys didn’t work😭

I searched and search for the right keyboard case for me. The most important thing for me was to be able to remove the iPad case itself from the whole case and keyboard, and this one was it. Unfortunately, when I started checking the keyboard a lot of The keys were not output in the correct symbol or letters. So defeats the whole purpose of having a keyboard. I returned it and asked for a replacement, thinking that the item was defected, but when I got the New replacement, it was the same thing so I tried to contact the seller, but there was no option to do that. Therefore, I had to return the second replacement keyboard and look for another keyboard cover.

Quality and Functional

I was looking for a case that could rotate and includes a keyboard. I have the gen 5 Ipad Air and it fits just fine. The part that rotates is magnetic (pretty strong) so if i just want the part with the ipad, I can just take it off. Keyboard is magnetic and the touchpad is such a bonus. It was easy to connect and every key works (can also change light color). Im also really impressed with the quality of the case, its pretty thick and even the plastic is nice. The navy blue color is also super cute, wish they had a dark red color too.
