Greater versatility and adaptability to on and off-road conditions are the rider benefits provided by Ohlins Asia’s new front and rear suspension upgrades for the Himalayan, Royal Enfield’s first ever dual-purpose machine. The Ohlins Suspension FSK 100 Cartridge Kit was designed to meet the needs of riders looking to take their first step into the world of suspension tuning. Each kit consists of a pair of fork caps and high-performance springs. The fork caps feature preload adjusters that are precision CNC-machined just like Ohlins’ race grade suspension. Each pair of springs are specifically chosen for each motorcycle to improve feedback, cornering and braking.

Every Ohlins Suspension FSK 100 Cartridge Kit is tested and measured before delivery to ensure that it will suit the weight and geometry of your motorcycle. Each kit is available in multiple weight options to best match your riding needs. Your total weight must include your combined rider weight with all gear.

The kit, which slips easily into the existing fork legs, comprises higher-performance rated springs plus replacement top caps with stylishly designed external spring preload adjusters.

• Ohlins India offers a longer warranty period than usual. This means ongoing joy with your Ohlins product. Guaranteed! Up to 5 years warranty for motorcycle products For motorcycle product Ohlins basically offer 2 years warranty regarding their correct function. In case of technical failures Ohlins will repair or exchange the product free of charge. Normal use and frequent service gives you the opportunity to expand your warranty up to 5 years from date of purchase. For that a regular service performed by our authorized Ohlins service center is requested. The service periods are 25.000 km for shocks and front forks but latest 24 month after purchase. Each service needs to be the warranty card comming with the product. In case you did not receive such warranty card please let us know.
