Since these are private delivery mailboxes, they are not constrained by postal installation regulations and therefore have no minimum or maximum mounting height requirements.

We’ve ordered plenty from Amazon before and after this so I don’t know where the hold up would of happened but here we are. I did email the company back and told them that I didn’t receive the replacement and asked if they could verify my address….but they haven’t responded. Just sucks. Would of been great if I actually got the replacement!
