The Robotiq 2F-140 adaptive gripper is easy to integrate and use. It handles parts of various sizes and shapes and is ideal for pick and place, machine tending, assembly and quality testing.

With a wide grip stroke up to 140 mm (5.5 in) and its multiple adaptable grip configurations (internal, external, parallel and encompassing) this gripper can accomplish a wide range of different tasks.

Choose between three versions:

• AGC-UR-KIT-140 (for all UR models):
  This version connects to the UR control box via a long cable. It is compatible with all robots from UR.
• AGC-UR-KIT-140-W (for old UR CB-Series only):
  This version connects directly to the tool connector on your CB-Series UR arm (UR3, UR5, and UR10). It is not compatible with e-Series robots from UR.
• AGC-CRX-KIT-140 (for previous gen UR e-Series with male connector):
  This version is for the previous generation e-Series robots that use the male tool connector.
• AGC-ES-UR-KIT-140 (for new UR e-Series with female connector):
  This version is for the latest generation of UR e-Series robots that use the new female tool connector.

The 2F-140 offers Plug + Play integration with all Universal Robots models. Using the embedded URCap software for Universal Robots, you have full control over the gripper, without writing a line of code. This means you can adjust its position, speed and force so that it grips your object perfectly. Even with deformable or fragile objects, the 2F-140 enables you to optimize your grip.

Use up to four grippers on one robot arm and take your cycle times down a notch. The multiple gripper configuration is a perfect fit for machine tending tasks, such as a CNC machine or an ICT machine.
