2026 URT DIG Hole Digging Comp // May 3rd @ 1PM // Coronado Dog BeachHoly Moley! The URT DIG is back!! Sunday May 3rd in Coronado, CA Dog Beach starting at 1: 30PM. Show up at 1: 00 to check in and sign your waiver. Competitor's will be traveling from all over the world to take part in the world's biggest hole digging competition. This event also kicks off the "Live Heavy Weekend" celebrating the life of our friend, and 2013 URT DIG champ, Charlie Keating IV. The day will mark the 10 year anniversary since his passing.

The URT DIG is back!!
Sunday May 3rd in Coronado, CA Dog Beach starting at 1:30PM. Show up at 1:00 to check in and sign your waiver.
Competitor's will be traveling from all over the world to take part in the world's biggest hole digging competition. This event also kicks off the "Live Heavy Weekend" celebrating the life of our friend, and 2013 URT DIG champ, Charlie Keating IV. The day will mark the 10 year anniversary since his passing.
Proceeds from the event will be donated to the C4 Foundation.
Each contestant will be generously given 10 minutes to dig as deep as they can. Holes will be immediately measured and the winners will be announced upon conclusion of all three digging divisions. The man himself, Jonathan Wayne Freeman @jonathanwaynefreeman, will be the MC.
Check in for the event is at 1PM
BRING YOUR OWN SHOVEL. Kids must dig with plastic shovels.
The URT DIG features four Digvisions.
- PLASTIC: 12 Years and younger. Plastic Shovels Only. 1:30PM start
- METAL: Your shovel, your choice. 2:00PM start
- HANDS: Hands only! . 2:30PM start.
- PAWS: Dog division. 3:00 PM start
History:
Charlie won the URT Dig in 2013 and was runner up in 2014 in the Metal Digvision. His winning golden shovel adorns the walls of one of Coronado's more anonymous watering holes. It is with this rich history that we kick off the "Live Heavy Weekend." To find out more about the weekend click Here.

God quality and dogs love 'em

Great not to have stuffing all over my house. I only have 2 out of 6 dogs who will play with toys and they thoroughly enjoy them they play tug a war and then fuss when trying to steal one from.other dog these are well made and lat a long time they are also washable

Bought these multiple times!

These are among the few toys my dogs don’t rip apart in seconds! Eventually, Bailey (my oldest) does manage to rip out the squeaker, but it takes her way longer than any other toy I’ve ever bought. Both of my dachshunds absolutely love to squeak it. I have bought these a few times over the last few years and will definitely keep buying them!

Finally a ball my power chewers cannot destroy

I have two dogs, an American Bully and an American Pit Bull Terrier, and both of them love to chew. Most balls last a very short time around here before they are shredded or missing big chunks. This one has actually held up. They chase it, tug on it and sit and chew on it, and it is still in one piece with no pieces breaking off.
One of my favorite things is being able to put food inside. I add some kibble or small snacks, and they will happily sit and work on it for a long time. It keeps them busy, gives them something safe to chew, and they get a little reward while they play. When they are done, I just rinse it out and it is ready to go again.
If you have strong jawed dogs that usually destroy toys, this ball is worth trying. Mine really enjoy it and I feel better knowing they finally have a ball that can keep up with them.
