Cornhole boards are the essential equipment needed to play the game. They are typically made from sturdy, lightweight materials like wood or plastic, and they are designed to be portable and easy to set up.

The standard size for cornhole boards is 2 feet wide by 4 feet long, with a hole that is 6 inches in diameter and centered 9 inches from the top of the board. The boards are placed 27 feet apart from each other, and players stand behind their board and take turns throwing their bags at the opposite board.
