Utopian Ashes explores the loss, miscommunication and emotional inarticulacy that a married couple experience as they realize that their relationship is breaking down. The collection draws on the tradition of country soul classics, such as Gram Parsons and Emmylou Harris’s "Grievous Angel" and George Jones and Tammy Wynette’s "We Go Together," to deal with the heavy realities of love turning sour. It’s an album for people who have dealt with the inevitable sadness that comes with age and acknowledged the realities of life. There is no sweetening of the pill, but it does achieve what should be the goal of all good art: to make us feel less alone. And while it’s not autobiographical, it channels heartfelt truth from the songwriters’ own experiences.
In addition to Bobby Gillespie and Jehnny Beth, the album features Johnny Hostile (bass) alongside Primal Scream trio Andrew Innes (guitar), Martin Duffy (piano) and Darrin Mooney (drums).

It lasts!!!!

My dog LOVES this toy! He's a very aggressive chewer and so far this is the only toy that has lasted him. My guess is that he will eventually destroy it, but not for a very long time. He chews it so much that it gets "spikey" from all the chewing, but so far it's the only toy I gave found that lasts him. I've replaced it once because it gets yucky looking after all the chewing but that's my choice. I definitely recommend thus one for an aggressive chewer!

Very well made, heavy, wasn’t a hit with my big puppy.
Super cute, but painted features came off right away. It shouldn’t have, as it is rarely touched. Sadly my dog showed little to no interest in it. She carried it a few times. I think it may the very heavy weight for a toy of this size. Idk, but as cute as this is, it just wasn’t a hit. It looks very durable overall and is a nice toy. I love the design. I only wish my large breed puppy liked it.

My Lexi loves them!

I myself have never tasted them or chewed them, but my dog Lexi goes crazy over them. I insert them into her chew toy puzzle and she is in heaven! the quality is good. the only problem with them is that my Lexi loves them so much! he is constantly bringing her chew toy over for a refill. again! Lets do it again!

Best dog toys for active dogs!

A while ago we bought the ball bone toy for our dog but after trips to 4 different pet stores we were unable to find the replacement rings. Imagine my joy when I found them on Amazon for about $5! It's money well spent, our dog is happy and so are we! They are long lasting (about an hour for our most determined dog) and are easy to replace in the toy. Word of caution, sometimes bits of the treats get stuck in the grooves of the toy or under the ball, make sure you take the whole thing apart and wash it well before replacing the treats. So far this is the BEST toy to distract our curious overactive pup. We'll keep buying them. Look at this happy pup!
