Spencer Universal Shell Basket Stretchers is intended for the recovery and transport of casualties for further medical treatment.

Ideal for use in challenging and hard to reach rescue operations where it is necessary to protect casualties from side impacts.

The Spencer Universal Shell Basket Stretcher is the best equipment to use when it is not possible to intervene with conventional casualty recovery and transport equipment.

The basket stretcher can easily be hoisted with lifting systems and can be applied to fixed anchor points/rings that run around the length of the stretcher. During lifting, the stretcher will remain in a horizontal position with respect to the ground.
