- Fully TIG 304 Welded 2.5" Stainless steel
- Quality Silicone joiners and band clamps
We believe this kit to be the biggest and best on the market and uses larger tubing than our competitors.
Stainless tubing is extremely strong and will not expand like silicone pipework would, reducing pressure losses.
Fitting takes approx 1-2hrs, and requires basic hand tools.
Silicone included is for 60mm inlet/outlet of the intercooler. If you require different sized silicone, please let us know.
This kit is known to work with the stock intercooler, Do88 and Airtec intercooler also.

Volvo C70 T5
Will likely fit other Volvo T5 models but we haven't tested them yet.
