I adore this extender, it has been made from a cufflink and the little engraved frame reminds me of a little fluffy cloud. It’s also ready to be engraved in the middle, i think that would make it such a personal piece. She’s great for adding a little bit of gold to silver/mix metal stack.

This extender is in good condition, as with anything antique there maybe signs of wear. It has been cleaned and polished.
