Each wheel arrives fully assembled and ready to bolt on, from bearings to rim. High-quality NTN bearings and the proper internal spacers are installed at the factory. The OEM-style cast aluminum hubs are painted silver to match the stock brake panel and feature the TB logo cast right in. For superior durability and weight savings, aircraft-grade 7050 aluminum rims in satin black are paired with stainless steel spokes that are thicker, stiffer, and more weather-resistant than OEM.

Important Notes:

Re-torque axle nuts after the first 15 minutes of ride time (25 ft-lbs front, 43 ft-lbs rear) – use blue thread lock

After 1 hour of ride time, check spoke tension – torque to 55 in-lbs

The steel brake drum is painted to prevent rust and will wear in naturally with use
