-Please take note that if you are planning to use the product internally, it is important to consider that many walls are painted with finishes that have a Teflon coat. In such cases, vinyls may have difficulty adhering to acrylic painted walls, especially if they have been recently painted or contain Teflon in the paint. We recommend conducting a suitability test on the wall prior to installation to ensure proper adhesion.

---How do you install a vinyl sticker---

You will need a level, a cloth, squeegee or credit card, and a hair dryer for more advanced installations.

1. Prepare Your Surface and Decal

Use a damp cloth to clean your surface. Let the surface dry completely before proceeding. This step is important because surfaces have dust particles and residue that could affect the adhesion of the decal.

Lay your vinyl sticker flat on a hard surface. Use the squeegee to flatten any rolls or wrinkles. Flip it over and repeat the process. If your decal curls up, you can weigh it down with books.

2. Position the Decal on the Surface

Use painter’s tape or masking tape to position the decal on the surface. This allows you to preview the arrangement and it’s location on your wall. We also suggest using a level to make sure the decal is straight. If you do not have a level but do have a smart phone, there are several free smart phone apps that will turn your phone into a level.

After you have achieved your desired placement of the decals, place a long strip of tape across the middle of the shortest distance of the decal(s). Then remove any additional tape that was used for previewing the arrangement.

3. Transfer the Decal to the Surface

With the decal taped to the surface, slowly peel the backing paper away from one side. The vinyl should stick to the transfer film on top. Peel until you reach the center and then cut away the backing paper. (It helps to have a friend to help with the cutting but it is not necessary.)

4. Smooth the Decal

Using the squeegee or a credit card, start from the center and use a smooth and firm motion to burnish the decal onto the wall. Slowly work your way from the center to the outer edge of the decal. Remove the long piece of tape and repeat the process on the other side. Remember to work from the center outward to avoid air bubbles.

5. Remove the Transfer Film

The decal is now on the surface, but the transfer film is covering it. Begin at one of the top corners and SLOWLY peel/roll the film down onto itself and away from the decal.

Be careful not to peel the film away at a 45-90 degree angle as this will pull the decal away from the surface. If any part of the decal begins to come off the surface, stop and rub the transfer film back down on that section with your squeegee or fingers until that portion of the decal adheres.

Note: If the transfer film won’t release the decal onto your surface, take a damp sponge onto the back of the paper to moisten it and help release the adhesive.

Prior to making your payment, please ensure that your postal address is accurate. In the event that the item is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect postal address, there will be a charge for a second delivery or, if you prefer to cancel the order, a partial refund will be issued. However, please note that if the item is lost due to an incorrect postal address, no refund can be issued.

If there is no one available at your residence, your item will be delivered to the nearest post office for your convenience. Please make sure to collect it promptly and bring your identification along for verification. If the item remains unclaimed after 10 business days, it will be returned to us. In such cases, a second delivery will incur postage charges or, if you prefer to cancel the order, only a partial refund can be issued. It is important to note that if the item is lost due to no one claiming it, no refund can be issued.

---Returns & Refund---

To initiate a return, please contact us before proceeding. It is essential to return the items within 30 calendar days from the ship date received, ensuring that they are unused and still have all original tags/labels attached.

Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation that it meets the specified conditions, we will issue a refund for the purchase price through your original payment method. Please note that if your reason for returning is a change of mind, Express Postage (if applicable) cannot be refunded.

If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for any associated return costs. However, if the item is faulty or incorrectly described (we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused), we will refund the purchase price, Express Postage (if applicable), and cover the return costs.
