This Electrically Reversible Twin Window Fan with Remote Control from Lasko, comes fully equipped and ready to meet just about every need. Two independently controlled fan motors allow for operation in three ways; intake to bring the air in, exhaust pushes stale air out and exchange which allows one fan to operate in exhaust while the other operates the intake mode. The digital thermostat senses room temperatures and turns the fan on or off automatically to maintain the comfort level desired. Expander panels provide a custom fit for most windows 24" to 32" wide and 12" or higher. For windows 24” wide, do not use either of the expander panels. This fan will fit windows up to 32” wide when utilizing one expander panel or a combination of both expander panels. 1-year limited warranty. Condition: NewShipping Notes

Incredibly Helpful for Sleep & Not Hard to Swallow w/Water or w/o

I shouldn't be taking these due to certain medical conditions, but they taste like nothing, super effective - like I fall asleep within maybe 30-45 minutes - and I STAY asleep watch is a lot more than I can say for any other melatonin products that I've used. Again, I do have restrictions, so I only take them once in a while, but so does my roommate and he says the same. They're small enough to not be hard to swallow as well. I've recommended them to some of my friends and family and we're all in agreement. I mean, of course, consult your doctor first, but like, these have been one of the most helpful supplements for sleep which is super important to me
