The Silverbird series speakers represent a new voicing approach in the Jensen range. Their tone, inspired by the Blackbird 40 Series, is optimized for the most contemporary music styles.

The Silverbird 10 offers a clear, glossy, airy response with clean tones, further enhanced by that subtle immediacy that is typical of the best 10” speakers. The low end, rich but tight, is capable of translating either crunchy or lead tones. Finely contoured upper midrange and top-end ranges allow for a nice balance between clarity and smoothness, making the Silverbird 10 eminently versatile either in smaller 1x10 open-back cabinets or in the classic 2x10 and 4x10 open-back enclosures. Sometimes overlooked, these cabinets have some exceptional tonal qualities, as they can sound rich and powerful while retaining that sense of velocity due to the ultra-fast response of the smaller, lighter membranes of the 10” speakers. Check them out and experiment with all 18 microphones, in 16 positions each, that were used to capture their tones.

Every microphone was moved to four different horizontal positions (Cap, Cap Edge, Cone and Cone Edge) and two distances and two angulations, for a total of 16 IRs each.

• All the measurement set has been repeated for each one of the cabinets in the library.
• All IRs have been phase aligned and they can be blended without phase cancellations.

FLUID IR NOW AVAILABLE WITHIN TH-U FOR ALL CABINETS AND SUPERCABINET IR LIBRARIES!

Overloud’s TH-U will be updated to v.1.4.26 with Fluid IR now available for all TH-U Cabinets and all SuperCabinet IR Libraries! Fluid IRs are an advanced form of impulse responses that offer more detailed sonic characteristics compared to traditional IRs. Unlike regular IRs that merely mimic a speaker's frequency response, Fluid IRs also reproduce the speaker's dynamic behavior and harmonics. This enhancement delivers a tone that is thicker, more lifelike, and direct, with better management of the bass frequencies.

As of version 1.4.26, all cabinets in TH-U and all of the SuperCabinet libraries have been upgraded to include Fluid IRs, which are provided to users as a free update.

Additionally, users have the option to upload their own conventional IRs into TH-U, taking advantage of Overloud's proprietary Fluid IR technology. This exciting feature utilizes an AI algorithm trained to transform your IRs by recreating their dynamic and harmonic responses.
