Refund & Exchange Policy
- Immediate Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect items immediately upon receipt and before the courier departs.

On-the-Spot Returns & Exchanges: Items for refund or exchange must be returned to the courier at the point of delivery, with only the delivery fee charged. For exchanges, a new order must be placed online. ( Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items within the package is not allowed ,You can only receive or return the whole package).

Responsibility After Acceptance: Items accepted without inspection are the customer's full responsibility; no refunds or exchanges can be processed once the courier has departed.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate a suitable delivery time with the courier to allow for immediate inspection and try-on.
Order & Payment Policy

Deposit for Large Orders: For orders containing four (4) or more items, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. This deposit must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order, or it will be automatically canceled.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier service will attempt to reach you three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Cancellation Policy: For customers with a history of two (2) previous canceled orders, the third order will require full upfront payment.
Product Defect Policy
- Defect Responsibility Period: OBI Boutique is responsible for any manufacturing defects on an item for a period of 30 days from the date of your order. Defects reported after this 30- day period cannot be accommodated.

Seems durable - but the scent is not the best

I don't know if I'd call the scent of this "bacon," more like rubber with a hint of bacon. It's very strong. I gave my dog one of the balls & put one in a cabinet where I keep his treats & a few other unrelated odds & ends. I now hold my breath when I open that cabinet b/c good lord, the smell. I'm tempted to just give that one to the dog too, just because it'll air out eventually & then everything else in that cabinet won't smell bad.
My dog feels so-so about it. He'll briefly chase after it & chew on it, but loses interest in it pretty fast. My rather hyperactive cat also plays with it from time to time, as he seems to have more interest in most dog toys than the dog these days, so there's that. (Then again, he thinks a wide variety of random items around the house are loads of fun to toss about, so it's possible his opinion is to be taken with a grain of salt. Between the brief periods of one of these balls being chewed on & clawed at, it's stayed completely intact. I think if you have a dog who simply likes to play fetch or chew on rubber balls in general, this one would stand up to the task. But if you're expecting it to be greeted with the enthusiasm as a bacon grease covered ball might be - I'd adjust your expectations.

My dogs favorite toy so far in two years

I use this with my medium sized dog. These are large for him but that's what I want so I don't ever have to think about them being too small or a swallow hazard. He has been through A LOT OF TOYS in the last couple years, but nothing, NOTHING has he loved as much as these.
His favorite used to be squeaker balls. Then his favorite was crackle balls. But he will gladly ignore both for this one. I don't know if it's the bacon flavor or what, but he go nuts for it.

What is there to say? they're giant 4" rubber balls from the Chew King brand which is very durable brand. The best part is they don't roll under couches, side boards, etc cause they're just big enough.

Tough Dog Balls. Bright Orange/holes for treats

I used to buy Starmark. But their balls got smaller and tore more easily. The color was green. I couldn’t find it when it was dropped in the grass!! Soooooo, I took a chance on this cuz it had holes in it and was bright orange. It is not scented at all or its bacon scent faded. The ball is for strong chewers. I’m a petsitter and I needed tough balls for my clients dog. Shipped quickly. Good price. Exactly as described
