It marks the beginning of the turn taken by David to create
champagnes imbued with a true terroir identity
which is consistent with its environmental convictions:
pruning limiting production, careful manual trellising, plowing and
weeding, stripping at the expense of chemicals,
removal of weedkillers and insecticides.

 Fermentation in vats then aging for 12 months in oak barrels

 No filtration or refrigeration

 100% Pinot Meunier
 Belval-sous-Châtillon, parcel of the place called “Les Glises”.
 Brown limestone soils with a clay tendency on hard limestone.
