ZEEP (Zero Endotoxin & BDDE Entire Process) Technology

EQFILL applies ZEEP technology to maintain endotoxin levels below 0.1 EU/mL and achieve non-detectable residual BDDE. This helps reduce the risk of post-procedure reactions and side effects, supporting a cleaner, safer treatment experience.

Downing Process

The Downing Process produces uniform, finely milled particles in EQFILL, helping deliver a smooth, consistent extrusion force. A stable extrusion force supports better control and precision during injection.

Safety Assessment

No major abnormalities were reported, and slight abnormal responses from medical devices, such as slight swelling and pain for 2-3 days, were all recovered without any special treatment. There were no signs of abnormal vital signs, physical examinagions, or blood test.

Maximized Cross-Linking Efficiency

Eloquence uses 2CM (Two Crosslinking Method) technology, combining (A) physical and (B) chemical crosslinking to achieve high crosslinking efficiency with reduced BDDE use. This approach supports a safe, viscoelastic gel with reliable performance.

Reduced BDDE Input (MoD)

A minimised BDDE input is an important safety verification requirement and is assessed through MoD (Degree of Modification).
MoD is calculated as: fully crosslinked BDDE + pendant-type BDDE.
It is determined by measuring the total amount of BDDE present in the HA gel to confirm the HA modification ratio.
EQFILL has an MoD up to 1/6 lower than comparable mono-type fillers, indicating lower residual BDDE-related modification and supporting an improved safety profile.

From the WSRS (Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale) results (reduced compared to the baseline scores) evaluated by independent expert panels and blinded investigators, we were able to see the wrinkle improvement of the group.

Participant Selt- Satistaction Assessment

Although there was no statistically significant the difference in evaluating the satisfaction of the treatment with the tester and the subject's GAIS(Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale), in general, the satisfaction level of the test group was similar or slightly higher than that of the control group.
